RESERVED VENDOR PARKING AT PASADENA CENTER

For multiple table holders we have reserved 150 spaces contiguous to the Center
loading dock with in and out privileges for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, June
14, 15 and 16 at $45 for the event.
This works well for those staying at the Sheraton Pasadena Hotel as it is only $5
more for the three days, but provides easier access for the table holders. Part of
the area is available for vehicles taller than 6' 6." Please advise us of that need
when you reserve.
For major vendors with parts, supplies or major collections in large trucks, Semi
Trucks, trailers etc., we can help with those arrangements for parking at the
loading dock for the show. Please advise us of your needs.
The loading dock area will be available for smaller vendors to cycle into the dock
area, unload their items and move their vehicle to another parking area to make
room for other vendors. This will work best with two people with one handling the
table set up and a driver moving the vehicle and returning to help with the set up.
Table badges will provide access to the Mart area.
The Pasadena Center Parking Staff are Certified Security and are strict on
having vehicles moved to assure all vendors have equal access.
The loading dock area has direct access to freight elevators that access the Mart
Room above. This has worked well for our loading and unloading for the
Regional shows we have hosted at this facility.
There is all types of parking in the Sheraton parking structure for those that wish
to park and move their items up to the Mart level through the Hotel elevators by
exiting on the lobby level and proceeding to the Exhibition Hall Mart Room. This
works well for Watch Collectors and single table holders.
We will have a staff of our members available during the loading and unloading
operation to provide direction and assistance if necessary during those times.
